joint effort of Ralph Dunagin and Dana Summers, The Middletons
features a suburban family and their next-door neighbors,
the Wades. Morris and Midge Middleton live with their
twentysomething daughter and Morris' mom. The Middletons
pokes gentle fun at intergenerational and interracial
issues and the realities of middle class America.
