Agreement with Yahoo!

uclick Now Available on Yahoo! News
(Nov.29, 2000 - Kansas City, Mo.) uclick,
the largest packager and distributor of branded comics and
word games on the Web, today announced a content agreement
with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO), a leading global Internet
communications, commerce and media company.
uclick will provide editorial cartoons, columns and comics
to Yahoo! News (http://news.yahoo.com).

Doonesbury, FoxTrot, Tank McNamara, Ziggy, NonSequitur and
Cathy.
